Hoffman Construction Co., a family owned heavy highway grading contractor from Black River Falls, WI, recently completed an update to its strategic plan and organizational chart. To meet the demands of today's competitive contracting environment, Hoffman Construction has made the following organizational assignments:

* Brian Aebly - Vice President - Operations
* Brad Eberhardt - Vice President - Estimating & Marketing
* Julie Counsell - Vice President - Finance
* David Hoffman - Vice President - Equipment
* Paul Hoffman - Vice President
* Mark Hoffman - Vice President

Hoffman Construction is proud to announce the employment of the 5th generation Hoffman in the business: Molly (Hoffman) Long, daughter of Paul Hoffman. Molly followed in her dad's footsteps as a 2005 graduate from UW-Platteville in Civil Engineering.
